Zakłady Metalowe Dezamet S.A. implemented advanced electroplating line for aluminium alloys. It will result in increased production capacity, product quality and services of the company.

Electroplating is the process of depositing metals onto a metallic or non-metallic surface to prevent corrosion and obtain required physical or decorative features.

In this certain situation, the electroplating line allows for depositing anode and chromate protective and decorative coatings onto aluminium parts. – The use of advanced devices monitoring the line and the products of recognised national and foreign companies allows for achieving electroplated coatings demonstrating repetitive parameters, high quality and corrosion resistance. It is an automatic line with a possibility of manual control from control panel facilitating total repetition of processes and high quality of coatings – explains Arkadiusz Duma, Member of the Management Board, Production Director in Zakłady Metalowe Dezamet S.A. – Advanced software allows for the use of identical parameters with all parts of workpieces. Additionally, it enables process parameters monitoring – he explains.

The value of investment is PLN 6,690,000.00
