CHANGES TO THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF ZAKŁADY METALOWE DEZAMET
The Supervisory Board of Zakłady Metalowe DEZAMET S. A. has appointed a new Management Board of the company following the election procedure.
Jerzy Deruś - President of the Management Board. Economist, manager. Maria Curie-Sklodowska University graduate at the Faculty of Economics. He also completed postgraduate MBA (Master of Business Administration) studies at AGH University of Science and Technology. Since 2018 Member of the Management Board of Dezamet S. A. Before, in the years 2017-2018, Vice Director for Supply and Cooperation at MESKO S. A. Also, Chairman of the Management Board in Metal System Sp. z o. o. He started his career just after studies in Huta Stalowa Wola (HSW), next Zakład Zespołów Mechanicznych Sp. z o. o.
Krzysztof Zuba - Member of the Management Board. AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków graduate at the Faculty of Management with a Master of Science and MBA (Master of Business Administration) studies graduate at the Jagiellonian College. During his career, he completed a number of training courses, in the field of audit and finance. Since October 2018 employed at Zakłady Metalowe Dezamet S. A. as Head of the Management Board Office, then as Director of the Management Board Office and the Company Proxy. Before that, he worked in managerial and directorial positions in production and service companies, supervising the production, purchasing and marketing departments. An expert in the field of financial management as well as the author of publications, lecturer and business trainer.
Arkadiusz Duma - Member of the Management Board. Kielce University of Technology graduate at the Faculty of Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering as well as postgraduate studies graduate in "CAD systems and image processing" at Cracow University of Technology and HR management at University of Social Sciences. Associated with Zakłady Metalowe DEZAMET S. A. since graduation. Successively promoted to the position of Production Director. In 2017-2018 Member of the Supervisory Board of the company and since 23 January 2019 Member of the Management Board.
