Dezamet offers the following heat treatment services:

• Induction hardening: parts with diameter 160 mm, length up to 1500 mm, depth of hardened layer 1,5 - 8 mm.
• Volumetric hardening in protective atmosphere generated from liquid organic compounds in air atmosphere and a temperature up to 950 ° C.
• Carburizing in atmosphere generated from liquid organic compounds
• Nitriding and oxidation;
• Tempering in air atmosphere and a protective atmosphere N2 + 3%H2
• Annealing in air atmosphere and a protective atmosphere N2 + 2%H2
• Solutioning and aging of aluminum alloys.
